Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Repliary.
The service
Repliary helps you understand selected public conversations and create editable reply drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and publishing any reply.
Acceptable use
Do not use Repliary for spam, bulk messaging, automated publishing, harassment, deceptive activity, scraping private data, manipulating engagement, or bypassing platform restrictions.
Eligibility and access
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your installation, license key, and activity performed through the service. Do not share or resell a license key.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Subscription management is available through the Dodo Payments customer portal.
AI output
Generated drafts may be inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular context. Repliary does not guarantee outcomes, replies, traffic, or audience growth.
Operator and governing terms
Repliary is independently developed, owned, and operated by Rong Zhang in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. Mandatory consumer rights in your location continue to apply.
