Refund & Cancellation Policy
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation and refund requests are handled separately.
Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can continue using Pro until that date, and local learning records remain on your device.
Refund requests
You may request a refund within seven calendar days of payment or renewal. Requests are reviewed based on usage because the product includes 10 free AI credits before purchase.
Usage threshold
Refunds are generally unavailable after 20 or more generations in the current billing period or after concentrated consumption, except for sustained technical failure, duplicate charges, or rights required by law.
Duplicate charges
Confirmed duplicate charges are refunded in full for the duplicated amount.
How to request
Email support@repliary.com with your purchase email, payment date, order number, and reason. We review requests within three business days. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to the original payment method.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
